Group Dental Plans
We are pleased to offer a diverse range of dental plans. These plans can be attached to a self insured plan or stand alone as a fully insured plan. Our plans are issued and administered by our subsidiary American Denticare.
General Benefit options include:
- No deductible - 100% coverage for preventive dentistry
- Co-insurance levels as high as 80%
- Annual maximums of up to $1,500
- You can choose any dentist, no list to worry with
- Payment made on a usual and customary basis
Our marketing representatives can assist you with a proposal or you can visit our dedicated dental web site that will allow you to calculate rates and print proposals for employer sponsored plans. Below is a brief outline of the way the plans are offered.
The Employee Paid Voluntary Plan
Our Most Popular Employee Paid Plan. Employers are not required to contribute toward the premium. There is no percentage of employees that must take coverage. The only requirements are that the employer payroll deduct the premiums, accept the billing statement and pay once per month and a minimum of two employees must participate. (more)
The Employer Paid Plan
Our lowest priced plan with the best benefits. Employers are required to contribute a minimum of 50% of the total premium. Most employers do this by paying 100% for employees and allowing the employees to pay for their families. (more)
