Support for several different funding alternatives: 
- Fully Insured Plans - The sponsor pays monthly fixed premiums to an insurer.
- Partially Self Insured - The sponsor shares limited risk with a reinsurer.
- Self Insured - The sponsor accepts the majority of the risk.
Note: The partially self insured and self insured programs allow the sponsor to significantly lower premiums while accepting limited risk. Over 64% of employers with over 25 employees have this type of plan.
