Types of Plans we offer:
- Indemnity - Participants may see any doctor without restrictions.
- PPO - A higher level of benefits for seeking certain medical providers.
- EPO - The highest level of benefits for use of an exclusive physician panel.
Types of Benefits:
- Deductible ranges of $250 to $2,500
- Physician Office Co-pays beginning at $10
- Co-insurance options of 100%, 80%, 70% and 50%
- Maximum out of pocket limits as low as $500
- Maximum lifetime benefits of $1 million to unlimited
- Prescription drug card options beginning at $5 co-pay
We handle marketing of individual major medical plans for several insurance companies. We invite you to request a comparative proposal. We will review information included in the proposal request and then provide you with the very best proposals that we are able to offer. If you accept a proposal, our staff will assist in completion of an application and preliminary underwriting. If coverage is approved, a policy will be forwarded by the respective insurance company who will handle the administrative services for your plan.
